At Eight Peaks we live and breathe the landscapes of southern Spain.

Based in the heart of the Granada region – where we’ve spent the past decade exploring before making it our permanent home – we’ve built our tours around the places we know intimately and love deeply.

Our focus is deliberately narrow: Spain and Morocco, and particularly the extraordinary terrain surrounding Granada. This means our holidays are rooted in local knowledge, cultural insight, and a passion for the diverse photographic opportunities the region offers.

Every tour we run is planned and researched personally, down to the finest detail. We scout every location, consider the light, and build schedules that balance variety and impact; deserts, white pueblos, dramatic coastlines, rugged sierras, and vibrant cities all feature.

We don’t just take you to beautiful places – we take you to the right places at the right time. 

Some of our holidays are designed for the adventurous and physically fit – those keen to travel deep into deserts or camp in high mountain passes. Others are created for those seeking a less physically demanding pace, while still offering access to extraordinary, off-the-beaten-path locations.  We balance this with time in culturally rich cities, where guided photo walks reveal hidden corners, vibrant street life, and dramatic, awe-inspiring architecture – offering a striking contrast and a chance to capture some of the region’s most iconic visual treasures.
